Basic low cost solutions
We have developed a range of basic low cost solutions for a number of standard legal, compliance and risk management services. By streamlining information gathering and the service delivery process and using our “robot lawyer” (that we have developed in-house) we can deliver a basic version of a number of legal products, that should suit 80% of the time. There is no obligation to proceed if we advise they don’t suit your circumstances.
This is not a basic on-line document solution. With most on-line documents, you have no idea if what is being produced is fit-for-purpose or complies with your State’s law. There is no professional indemnity insurance cover, if the document is defective. Legal support comes at a significant additional cost. With our basic low cost legal products, we will make sure the basic solution suits you and be available to answer questions at no extra cost. If you need and choose to adopt a more involved solution, we will provide a fixed fee quote for you to consider.
The basic low cost legal products we have developed to date include:-

- defective goods consumer law advice and claim preparation – fixed fee from $66;
- Landlord new residential tenancy agreement and compliance service – fixed fee from $250;
- Landlord residential tenancy dispute service – fixed fee from $250.
